What’s Inside Your Mentorship?
Entelechy is a 6-month sacred mentorship for women who are ready to rise. This program has been designed for spiritually connected women ready to embody their deeper potential and share their unique gifts with the world. Each month we explore different Elemental Gateways and Pillars of Wisdom as a lens for personal reflection, activation and transformation, guided by one of these five pillars.
Month One
Earth
BE PRESENT, STAY WITH YOURSELF
Once we recognize the body as our temple and the holy crucible where alchemy happens, it becomes our responsibility to tend to it as best as we can so that we may bring ourselves even more fully to the world.
Does your life get busy, hectic; do your “many plates” overfill and often what gets sacrificed are the very things that restore and replenish you? If so, how would your life shift if you brought clear attention and focus to your health- body, heart, mind and spirit?
In this module we will look deep within and around ourselves, to seek out those places we have abandoned, given up on, given our power away out of obligation or ‘people pleasing’ and aim to restore balance by creating healthy boundaries, simple structure, practices and rituals to fill one’s own cup.

WATER
FEEL YOUR WAY, TRUST YOUR GIFTS
Are you too familiar with feeling overwhelmed by your emotional struggles, life’s circumstances or your unconscious machinations of personal sabotage? Do you tend to doubt yourself or get stuck more often than putting your next steps forward towards your goals?
This module will continue to invite you deeper into your own process of alchemy. Remembering it is you who holds the power to shift your perception of and relationship to the way life shows up for you.
You will explore your emotional landscape and begin to find the patterns and reflections that hold the keys to your greater capacity to feel, express, trust and surrender to the process that is calling you into your true entelechy.

Month Three
FIRE
SHARPEN YOUR ARROW, CAST IT INTO THE SUN
Do you feel the fire burning in your heart and your belly, calling you to bring your gifts into the world? You have collected many skills, treasures, shed many skins, burned to ashes and risen again, and…perhaps again and, again.
You feel ripe with potential, you know there is something within you that is meant to be shared. In this module you will bring focus, attention and intention to the stirrings of your heart and soul. You will stoke the fire of your passions, acknowledge the gifts you carry and bring light to those ‘debilitating’ thought forms that get in the way of stepping more courageously into your life.
You will have the opportunity to re-write outdated stories and programs into current ones that serve your vision, your mission and allow you to claim the gifts your unique blueprint carries.

Air
SHARE YOUR POWER, COLLABORATE AND RISE TOGETHER
The time of the lone wolf is over. You’ve journeyed into the wilds, gathered your bundle, met yourself and now it’s time to return to the pack. Nothing in the natural world exists in isolation… everything is con-nec-ted. Our true nature is to be in symbiotic relationship with the web we inhabit.
At our core, we remember we are here to serve, to give back, to support the network that supports us. Many of us have spent our lives comparing, competing, or finding it hard to collaborate. Yet there is abundant energy and inspiration, especially when we unite with those who share our vision. When we give to life, life gives back.
This module invites us to rise together. With the wisdom of Air, we align with our true purpose: to be of service to life. Here, you’ll be empowered to take your next steps, contribute your unique threads, gather your allies, step into loving action, & share your gifts.

ACTUALIZE YOUR ENTELECHY, BRING YOUR GIFTS INTO FORM
In this fifth module, we welcome the intelligence of something greater than ourselves into our container – the Great Mystery, God; that which is known by many names. Here, we lay our efforts on the altar of life and trust in the perfect unfolding of our becoming. By now, you’ve looked, felt, listened, reflected, re-written, set intentions, and tended your inner flame.
Now is the time to distill all you’ve received and give form to your unique gifts, so the world may receive you in your majik, radiance, power, tenderness, and vulnerability. Alongside the practices and reflection questions, you’ll also be invited to craft a ritual to mark this next phase. This will be a powerful opportunity to create, through heart, body, and soul, your personal declaration to the Great Mystery. A living commitment to show up fully, sharing your gifts in service to life, your relations, and your community.

Month six
EMBODIED WHOLENESS
INTEGRATION AND WITNESSING
This final month is dedicated to integration, the essential phase of alchemy that seals and grounds the deep work you’ve done. All too often, we complete powerful courses or ceremonies only to rush back into the noise of daily life, without the necessary pause that allows true transformation to take root- but here, we do it differently. Integration comes from the Latin “integrare,” meaning to make whole. This is the moment we bring all the threads of your journey together: your insights, your healing, your breakthroughs and allow them to land fully in your body, your being, and your life.
This month is not about doing more. It is about being more of who you’ve already become. You’ve clarified your medicine. You’ve tended to your inner terrain. You’ve crafted your personal ritual and gathered your team of allies. Now, it is time to share your truth, to let yourself be seen, and to cross the threshold of your own becoming.

About Your Guide
Phoenix Onesong Marolda
Dancing Freedom, Embodiment & Holistic Integration
Inspired by her experiences on dance floors from around the globe Phoenix has devoted the past 20 years of her life to exploring what it means to use dance, authentic movement, emotional resiliency tools, ritual and ceremony for healing and transformation.
In facilitating her own evolution and that of others she is fulfilling her role in the global shift that is happening at this time. With the experience she has gained throughout her life she empowers and reminds others to embrace their body’s movements and natural intelligence as a means of experiencing life to its fullest.
She is currently living and loving in the Northern Rivers, Australia where she works with children, facilitates dance ceremonies and workshops within a growing community, founded in movement, nature connection and transformative ritual.
